This Privacy Policy explains how MF FIGHT CLUB (“MF”, “we”, “us”) may process information through the MF FIGHT CLUB member portal. It applies to information submitted or generated when you use the portal, subject to the final business details and legal review noted above.

Information the portal may process

Depending on the features you use, the portal may process:

account name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo, and training notes;
emergency-contact information that you choose to submit;
membership, package, request, approval, and related payment-status information recorded by the system;
class booking, cancellation, and attendance information;
health and waiver information when you choose to submit it; and
authentication, session, security, and account-status information needed to operate and protect the portal.

Google Sign-In

When Google Sign-In is enabled and you choose to use it, the portal may receive basic Google identity information such as your Google account email address, name, profile information, and the provider identifier needed to authenticate, register, or link your MF account. The application is designed to request only the basic identity scopesopenid, email, and profile.

MF does not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Google Photos, or unrelated Google APIs through Google Sign-In.

How information is used

Information may be used to create and secure accounts, administer memberships and packages, manage class bookings and attendance, communicate about account or training administration, support health and waiver clearance where applicable, prevent misuse, and provide the portal’s member and staff functions.

Access and sharing

Authorized MF personnel may access information needed to operate the club and administer memberships, bookings, attendance, and submitted health or waiver information. Infrastructure or service providers may process information only as needed to provide enabled portal services; any final provider and transfer details should be confirmed by the Owner before launch.

Security and retention

The portal uses measures such as secure password hashing, protected sessions, access controls, and security headers. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained as needed for club operations, account security, business records, and legal obligations. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures remain subject to Owner/legal review.
