Owner/legal review required before final business launch.The Owner should confirm the legal business name, governing law, refund and dispute rules, cancellation windows, membership pauses, and final contact details before adopting these terms.

These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using the MF FIGHT CLUB member portal and related club services. By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to use it honestly, safely, and in line with the instructions shown by MF FIGHT CLUB.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account information accurate and keep your sign-in details confidential. Use only your own account, do not impersonate another person, and do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the portal, scrape private information, or submit misleading or harmful content.

Memberships and packages

Memberships and packages are subject to the availability, price, eligibility, approval status, and other details shown in the portal. A request or payment-related record does not change account status until the applicable MF process confirms it. The Owner must confirm final refund, payment-dispute, transfer, expiry, pause, and cancellation policies before launch; this page does not create a refund promise or other policy that has not been supplied.

Class bookings and attendance

Book only classes you are eligible to attend and keep bookings current. Follow the portal’s booking and cancellation instructions and attend on time. Capacity limits, closures, schedule changes, and booking availability may affect access. Any credits, refunds, replacement sessions, or cancellation windows for a closure or missed class must be confirmed by the Owner and are not promised by these general terms.

Training, health, and gym rules

Martial-arts and fitness training involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, contact, falls, and injury. Follow coach and gym instructions, use equipment responsibly, and tell MF FIGHT CLUB about relevant health or emergency information before participating. Keep submitted health information accurate and current. Do not participate when you have been advised not to do so or when doing so would be unsafe.

Portal information and training guidance do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek qualified medical advice for health, injury, or fitness questions.

Closures and service availability

MF FIGHT CLUB may update schedules, close the gym, or temporarily limit portal access for safety, maintenance, operational, or other legitimate reasons. The portal may show the current information available to members. Specific notice, refund, credit, or rescheduling consequences require Owner confirmation.

Suspension and deactivation

MF FIGHT CLUB may restrict, suspend, or deactivate an account when necessary to protect members, staff, data, the club, or the portal, including for misuse, inaccurate information, non-compliance, or security concerns. Any final appeal, notice, and reinstatement policy remains subject to Owner/legal review.

Changes and contact

These general terms may be updated when the club’s services or rules change. Contact MF FIGHT CLUB at 013-567 8220with questions. The Owner should add the final legal business name, contact email, governing law, and effective date before final adoption.
